I hereby give my consent to the free and unlimited in time and space recording, use, reproduction and distribution of my image, recorded by Vistula University with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter “VU”) or by any third parties cooperating with VU during the Graduation Ceremony held on June 15, 2024, at the Hilton Hotel, in the form of photos and video materials, for the purpose of their publication - independently or in combination with other content - on university websites, in social media (in particular: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok ) and in marketing and information materials of the Vistula Group of Universities, for documentation, reporting, advertising, promotional and marketing purposes. 
The above consent may be revoked at any time, provided that the withdrawal of consent does not cover advertising, promotional and marketing materials produced before the date of its withdrawal.*

I declare that I accept the Ceremony regulations*

I undertake to provide the persons whose data I provide in the registration form with the information of the Data Controller on data processing.*

I declare that the persons whose data I provide in the registration form have consented to the use of their image recorded during the Ceremony for the purposes indicated in the description of the Ceremony and in the consent provided above. If necessary, I undertake to provide the consents of the invited persons.*

I acknowledge and agree to cover any damages in the hotel premises, if such are proven to me or the guests invited by me (monitoring, witnesses).*
